Anthony Bolante, team photographer, is an all-around climber who has done several 5.12 first ascents in his native state of Hawaii. He currently is as a staff photographer Bellevue, Washington's Journal-American. His pictures have appeared in Rock & Ice, Outside and other publications.

Keil Hillman has been a mountain guide for Rainier Mountaineering Inc. since 1983. He has extensive climbing and guiding experience in the Cascades and Canadian Rockies. Currently he is working as sales engineer for Pathfinder Inc., a material handling sales and engineering firm. He enjoys working in his garage on street rods in his spare time.

Annabel Spencer was born in 1967 in Croydon, England. She was a ski patroller for six years and has been climbing alpine and rock for three years. She has five summits of Mount Rainier, three of Mount Adams, and one of Mount Baker under her belt. Spencer is employed as a sales representative for The North Face.
